Jared Fogle is an even bigger piece of s*** than originally thought

Jared Fogle, the disgraced Subway pitchman who was convicted of a string of child sex offenses, is suing one of his victim's parents, DailyMail.com can reveal.
Fogle, currently detained at a federal prison in Colorado, has lodged court documents blaming the girl's parents for a cycle of despair, self-harm and drink and drug abuse which she says was the result of his abuse.
In court documents obtained by DailyMail, Fogle claims that her parents, named only as B.T. and J.T. are responsible for what happened to her - and not him.
The girl, Jane Doe, lodged a compensation claim against millionaire Fogle earlier this year.

Sounds like the girls parents sued him first and he's looking to shift some blame to save some money. His POS status was confirmed with the kiddie sex stuff. This is just legal maneuvering for some sense of self-preservation.

Looks like the parents/girl sued Jared for her emotional damages. Jared is not "suing" them. He is arguing as a defense that the girl was fricked up anyway, so he shouldn't have to be responsible for all her problems.
He's still a piece of shite, but so is the Daily Mail and how they exaggerate and lie to readers.

He was actually attacked in March. But I just looked up that prison because someone mentioned super max. It's actually a minimum security federal prison where Rod Blagojevich is being held. :csb

I doubt he came up with this defense. It's his high paid sleazy lawyers. He should still receive four foot longs daily for being a POS.
