Any American kid could remove that piece of tape, play with the toy, rewrap it and have it back under the tree without a trace.

As a result of this thread and the YT algo I now know what a harp guitar is.

I mean, they’re good, but they wrap the same size box. If I did the same thing hundreds of times, I’d get pretty efficient too.

During Xmas season they used to wrap at Penney's and Sears as I recall. Was amazed at how much better those broads could wrap a present than I could. And 5 times as fast.

Am I the only one who thinks its dumb to wrap a gift then place it in a gift bag?

I was in the Atlanta airport this year and the stewardesses for Korea Air fluttered into the terminal. They were like some delicate flowers dressed in skirts and giggling to each other.

Fun to watch.

Also - Mr Bean/Alan Rickman gift wrapping scene in that movie with all the British actors was funny.

She did a great job with taping the horizontal slit on that wrapping paper.

Yes. Those didn’t look like gift bags to me. Just swankier store bags.

Which is exactly what I used to do as a kid. I stepped it up a notch though. I’d look at my brothers and sisters gifts too then barter with them for the info. As a parent, there isn’t one fold that doesn’t have tape when I wrap.
