You don’t know this. At some point the streets have to open for deliveries and cleaning. The damn sugar bowl is today and the crowds are expected to start early, even after NYE. I get that Fox is pushing the bollard narrative but like I posted above, the streets all around this area were blocked at regular hours.
Hell, it took my uber driver an extra 20 minutes to get around them to pick me up. I was at the montleone.

Yep. Nola.com was very limited with info on when it started or when NOFD put it out.
If the fire started at 6am it would seem unlikely the guy did it before leaving the house.
