Take everything with a grain of salt at this point, but IF this is true, it's significant.
Not the border part (that's the obvious part that everyone's going to fixate on), but the "2 days" part.
Unless he's been back and forth a bunch, it would mean the planning, logistics, coordination, etc. were all in place ahead of time and he was brought in simply to execute. Hints at sophistication, accomplices, networks, funding, etc.

But I don’t see it anywhere online. Anywhere else saying the same thing. If they’re the only one saying it, I’m not buying it. At some point, they will report something just to say they were the first.

First thing that I thought. I can’t commit to it being an ISIS, or other terrorist flag, yet. But it’s something that I’d like answers to—what is it? Seems strange that someone took the time to make a PVC flag pole. It’s not nothing.
