According to latest presser.....
He went not long before the truck. FBI said he didn't have exact time off top his head but it was somewhere around 1-2am.
I'd certainly assume he planted them on foot but they didn't elaborate on that part. Just that they had video of him doing it.

I think he always planned to use his truck as a weapon. Hence why he had that Flag on his truck. He wouldn’t of had it on the truck if that wasn’t a possibility

I’m so curious about what the inside of the coolers looked like. Were the explosives covered or obvious?
If I’m walking through the FQ and see a cooler, I wouldn’t give it a 2nd thought and I wouldn’t think to open it, at least until now. I’ve see plenty of things lying around in the FQ.
