Maybe, but what do you think her actual damages are here? Nothing compensatory, and I doubt there is going to be a whole lot of punitive damages assigned to the school for a janitor grabbing an arse on someone's way out the door

Punitive only. This happened on campus and there are cameras everywhere. Again, she is simply reporting it… Nothing more.

In general, you can't get punitives without actuals.
A normal case like this would be developed around emotional distress and would involve bills from mental health providers. Punitive damages might come if the school knew or should have know the janitor was an arse-grabber.
IN the end unless the woman in question is an eggshell plaintiff or the janitor was a serial grabber there is nothing to see here on the civil front.
