This likely didn’t happen but even if it did who cares it’s a frickin janitor she will probably never see again. If she is mortified by that she’s got bigger issues

Community College is funded by the county/state. She is not interested in taking legal action for financial gain but if she wanted to guaranteed she could get a settlement. State would handle the payout.
