Now, you wouldn’t be thinking of moving away from beautiful Mississippi, would you?

That's a subpar view. Just drove past a "cabin" that had a great view of Grand Teton itself along Shadow Mountain Rd.

When I see these places in this price range I'd really rather just buy the land and build my own place even if it cost more and took forever.

This place does have the vista.

The land is what's expensive. 97% of Jackson Hole is owned by the National Park Service.

Damn 97%! This property the other 3%?

What's a ballpark figure to maintain this yearly or monthly? Property taxes, utilities, general upkeep. Powerball winner gets it and has to live in it sort of thing

Exactly. This is a mansion, so already a multi million dollar home on a standard subdivision lot, but also on 40 acres after the most beautiful property in the country. You have extremely limited opportunity to recreate a place like that.

I was expected something actually crazy. $34.9 for that land, in Jackson Hole, and a mansion of that size?

Yeah, sounds about right for that market.

Don’t I know what’s stupid? How quickly we become accustomed to the shear beauty and wonder of nature. I bet most folks would become numb to just how incredible view is after 12 months.
