Jack the Ripper question

A couple of years back, a group claimed to have solved the Ripper case. They took DNA from some semen found on one of the victims' shawl (a shawl taken from the crime scene by a policeman where it was kept as a memento/heirloom by his family for generations) and the DNA matched/was consistent with the maternal line of the least interesting (but most likely) of all the suspects, Aaron Kosminski, the unbathed paranoid schizophrenic loner who was in & out the "Lunatic Asylum." Later, other scientists said the results were unreliable. So it officially remains unsolved.

Question: Anybody here knew the murders were sexually motivated, meaning that JTR would bust a nut?

It now seems obvious since JTR was approaching hookers, but it's never been portrayed including "his" sex acts, to my knowledge, in documentaries or movies. I always thought of him as a classic asexual shadowy movie slasher figure preying on the vunerable or as some angry nut that cuts up female genitalia cuz he hated his mother or something. This dude was getting bj's or jerking off to it, before and/or after the murders.
