What were your symptoms and warning signs before you were diagnosed?

Hey man I was there Non hodgkins Burkitts like along time ago. Surgery and inpatient chemo 3 months. Lost hair, body hair, eye lashes, had teeth fixed, and once you are released worked out to build up strength.
Been there and glad you are on the winning team of beating your cancer. I know it was a hard fight.
There will be an adjustment going back to work, just take things slow, and you will adjust back to normal life outside of getting treatment.

hey I know a guy who won the Tour de France 7 times with only one nut. Just think of what you can do!
You know, once I was thinking of quitting when I was diagnosed with brain, lung and testicular cancer all at the same time. But with the love and support of my friends and family, I got back on the bike and won the Tour de France five times in a row. But I'm sure you have a good reason to quit. So what are you dying of that's keeping you from the finals?

I've only had that done once, 13 years ago for a physical. Looking back, he was totally gay. I didn't need no finger in the butt at 32 yrs old and healthy as frick.
I've had about 6 physicals since and not one finger in the butt. I'm kinda mad about it.

I really didn't have any symptoms until the lymph nodes started messing with my intestines. It was early December when I landed in the ER with what was diagnosed as colitis. I was on the road at the time and woke up at 2am feeling like i was being stabbed in the stomach repeatedly - went to a hospital in Ohio and they ran a ct scan and found a lower intestinal infection. Got the meds to treat that but it didn't catch the root cause. In January I started having lower back pain, went to the doc about it and the ordered a second ct scan found a swollen lymph node pressing against my kidney and closing the ureter. I was put in the hospital for 3 days for tests and more monitoring - ultrasound found the cancer on my right nut at the top of the ball around where the connections to the body are located (i forgot all the technical names for it). Basically it avoided detection from me because who rubs in that area when checking the nuts? Urologist put a stint in to open up the ureter, had the right nut removed (r.i.p.), then a pet scan to check the locations and sizes of infected lymph nodes.
Chemotherapy was 4 weeks of 5 sessions per week. 1 week of chemo (M-F) for 8 hours per day, two weeks off, then the next round. When we got to the last round in late May i was a physical and mental wreck. I spent my 40th birthday in a chemo chair vomiting every 2 or 3 hours. Complete and absolute misery.
I'm so glad this shite is potentially over with. I don't care who the person is, I will not wish this on anyone. Complete and total nightmare. I went and celebrated this evening with my family at dinner, this weekend I apparently am being invited to a party with my AA group.
What a frickin relief.
