I've got a problem with Great Clips

First off, they are the only store around here enforcing the mask policy around. News flash, CDC says I don't have to wear one. Worry about cutting hair, not telling me to put a mask on!
Second, the online check is such a stupid concept. I've been in the store waiting for 15 minutes, ready to go, and some doofus rolls in and skips the line ahead of everyone, right as they were about to call me. Call me old fashioned but a walk in who is waiting should get priority over a stupid place holder from someone who downloaded their app.
Lastly, this store today didn't have the military discount. WTF, Great clips?
