It is a good bar again. It's been this way for 6 years now. The drinks are cheaper than 2014(seriously a double well drink costs less than it did in 2014), the seating was renovated, food is better, and the back patio is pretty bad arse.

See my post. LSU Rugby's 50 year reunion is this weekend. There were 30+ of us inside Ivar's today from 2-6pm.

I lived right behind Ivar’s my last year in BR and really liked going there. Liked how the crowd basically changes from night to night.

Ivar's and Radio Bar have the most diverse crowds on any given night of most bars in BR. Ivar's is old and divey but that's what keeps it going
