Cleanest bathrooms, best free pool tables, least mold, fewest weeds growing on the wall out front, least skunky beer from the most sanitary taps you ever saw. Head right in and pull up a chair, I promise you the seat cushions won’t be tattered.

This is the absolute opposite of what happened. Pat was running Ivar's into the ground for the last 3 years he owned it.
Since the sale, It's been doing very well. The expansion in back is going well, adding bathrooms and bar area to the back patio.
Was busy as hell for LSU game today with tons of food and drink flowing.
And where the hell else can you go where drinks are $1 cheaper than they were 8 years ago?
