So it's Monday. No sports or theatre events. Restaurants are verboten (not because of wuhan, but because you never eat out on a Monday. C'mon man!). Give me romance. Give me your best ideas.
Thinking cook for my bride and use the dining room! You know, the room in the house you never use with the nice furniture.

And, no pics.

Have some steaks and that was my original thought. If it works I'm in.

Lick her pooper to display your true love of her. Have her reciprocate.

Pics of the dinning room?? We need to know if your rocking the lazyboy/tv trays or hand carved exotic wood.

3 lbs filet mignon package, hand trim and cut to size at home. Get a pre packaged salad mix, and if you have a Trader Joe's around grab a bag of roasting veggies ( toss in olive oil, season and oven roast). Nice bottle of wine and some fresh french bread also.

I am all for the steaks. I would also suggest that you get some good French bread and make some garlic mozzarella bread as well. Finish all of the above with some Blue Bell.

Congrats.

Sliced French bread, baked at 375-400 with Sea Salt, Butter and Brie is a fantastic substitute for above.

Just don’t cook any fresh bat or rodent assholes for dinner and you might get lucky before the night is over.
