So wear something with gussets. We won't judge you.
Ok, we will.

I assume that’s what the little pocket thing is called.
I’m also assuming you just learned today that that’s what they are called.

I need a garment engineered specifically for the supple male buttock.

Mens trousers have gussets aka dutchmen. It is on the inseam around the crotch and stops your "package" from busting the seams when it gets all angry like "The Incredible Hulk".
Dutchman
Side you dress on
Buttons, not zipper
Heel pads (so the back of your trousers to not wear bare)
Silk knee inside (so your pants slide well when sitting)
Waist buttons (for button suspenders, not metal alligator's)
So many things modern men have no clue about so a well tailored suit lasts for decades.
For ages, the only places to get a well made men's suit on earth
Italy
England
Hong Kong

My name is Larry David and I happen to enjoy wearing women’s panties.

Kramer might have beaten him to it.

What the frick is a gusset? Once I find out what it is, I’ll decide of I want some on my draws!

To be fair, who can afford Brioni or Brasiio so Italy may be priced out. London may be the same, but unless they replaced real tailors over there, they are all dead or in nursing homes and their skills are lost. Have not had a suit made in Hong Kong since the British left and the Red Chinese replaced them.
Never had a suit made in Japan but if those Hong Kong tailors fled to there and they trained the next generations in apprenticeships, could see this happening. Good to know, but at my age, not like I am buying any new suits.

I'm not sure I want this gusset thing between me and my manhood.
