It's all about the home and parenting and role models. You fix that and you will fix most of the problems.

It all starts at home. a break down of the family unit and structure in a home for generations allows for a lack of respect. Whoa, lets not put the onus back on black folks. Those high school kids were out there smashing cars, stealing liquor, and breaking into the mall because white people did stuff to black people 60 years ago.

The guy shot by bean bags admitted that he had been throwing things at the police right beforehand. Did he get what he deserved?
