Symptoms include drooling, stumbling, lack of coordination, lack of fear of people, aggression and listlessness — which explains the “zombie” deer disease nickname.

Uncle Ted was on Joe Rogan and said there's basically a zero percent chance of this happening. IIRC, he said the only way they got it to contract to monkeys is by directly injecting it into their brains

Not really. That’s how misinformation gets spread. If you’re actually curious about the disease you can do a little research so that there’s no reason to speculate.

Not a bad thing. the human herd needs thinning out anyway.

Is that a peer reviewed article? I see no sources. Maybe if they use the word "zombie" more it would help.

Zombie Disease has hit Lake Charles already.. Just go down Broad street and Hwy 14. I see them everyday, they are on that Flocca and that Bubble

Chronic wasting disease is similar to mad cow disease...and yes, humans can catch it.
Unfortunately, it was discovered in a county just north of vicksburg late last year, so it is just across the river from LA.
Worst part about it is, they tend to want to blame it on using deer feeders, so that has been outlawed in MS.
Also, if any of you hunt in Mississippi, know that you can't transport any part of the head of spinal cord across state lines.

Isn't it basically Mad Cow for deer? All it takes is 1 mutation for it to get to humans. Prion diseases aren't to be messed around with.

There have been no proven instances of that happening. None.
