The little fart wakes up at 5:30 every day except Christmas!? I’ve been up for an hour waiting on his door to open and I have to say I’m a little disappointed Christmas morning hasn’t started yet. I’m about to start making noise.

Merry Christmas, everyone! Make it a point to spend quality time with family today and remember what Christmas is really about.

This is why my father-in-law kept flash bangs and tear gas in the cupboard.

When they re teens, you can do all your Santa work in the morning! They’ll sleep til noon, if I let them.

Ours did the same, I think it's because we told her not to get up at night because she'd catch Santa.

Ha. Yeah we were telling my sisters little girls that at dinner after church last night. Apparently though the young one has been hiding in the bathroom "pretending to go potty" lately. Sister is "transitioning" her to a big girl bed, and she is scared of it for some reason. We ended up having to tell her she couldnt do that in case Santa had to make a pitstop, and use the bathroom. Seemed to kind of "work" in her little brain until the older one said "but we have 7 bathrooms, why would he use hers?". Arghhhhhhhh kids are a blessing....ha

Is that really what you poors are focusing on? Would it make yall feel better if I said she was exaggerating, and it's more like 6 and half as one is a half bathroom??

On Christmas morning? Congrats, your kid’s dead.

But really they probably couldn’t sleep and eventually crashed hard. Sleeping it off.

My oldest was up at 4:30 and we told her to go back to bed. I took the dogs downstairs @ 5:30 to find her laying on the floor next to all the gifts.

Torture making her wait an hour for her sissy to wake up.

They are now having a blast with all their stuff.

We have a 3 year old still sleeping upstairs at 9:30, while everyone else is up cooking breakfast, showering, playing music, etc. I can’t believe it.

Sounds like the perfect opportunity to test your smoke detectors.
