And yet he wasn't too overwhelmed to collect those stats, wander around the hospital to survey what all departments were doing with patients, and then spend time on social media?
I'm not sure I would want to wake up in the morning to see that my granny's doctor was posting on social media, while she was up in ICU. Maybe that's just me?

That's a weird take. Assuming his observations are accurate, isn't it the responsible thing to do to take a brief moment to share with other health care professionals what might happen if measures aren't taken to slow the spread of the virus?

No, I didn't go that far.
I'm just saying that the typical posters that toss around the political talking point of how our system is so superior cause it isn't "hurr durr socialism" are in for a rude awakening. The myth of this private wonderful healthcare system will take quite a beating if that happens.

We may be to an extent. I just tend to get irritated (when I shouldn't) when I see people talking about how we're so much better when they don't obviously deal with it nightly.

Too many people are trying to politicize every post or comment. Also too many have drawn absolute conclusions about what the effects of this virus are going to be and attempt to shout down any discussion that doesn't align with preconceived notions.

I don't mean to be dismissive of what Italy is going through. I understand they are going through it right now.
But Im kind of tired of hearing about them, this virus is supppsedly worldwide, yet Italy is the only country I hear about. How is the rest of the world doing regarding the virus. Hell, how is China doing outside of Wuhan.
