Velo 4mg Mint for me. But can only find it on Nicokick. Tried rogue 6mg peppermint and it’s good, but chewed my lips up.

Keep them at my desk at work for when I'm dragging. I can use one can for at least 2-3 weeks, usually around a month.
Way cheaper than zynbombing all day, ending up on the 6s, and having to buy a couple of cans a week at least because I feel sick if I don't have it

I cut my drinking back considerably when I started zyn so it's a wash at least.
I quit dipping cope over 10 years ago. Got curious about zyn and bought a can. Was immediatly hooked. I'm an idiot.

I usually go through a can of the 6’s every 1 1/2 to 2 days. I ended up trying the Black Buffalo pouches last week and I like them way better than the Zyn. It is the closest to the real thing.

A couple of the flavors give me heartburn. Never got hiccups from them, though.

Yes, it's a common side effect from nicotine, caffeine or very spicy foods. I never get it from caffeine (but my wife does because she rarely uses it) and rarely from spicy food, only got it on Zyn the first 2 or 3 times I tried it. But it sill comes back if it's been a week or more since the last time I used it.
I saw a study that suggests that the hiccups come from the spiking of dopamine triggered by the stimulant.

Sometimes it wil give me hiccups. I’ve switched to Rouge with the ZYN shortage. I think I like them more

A few months ago because I couldn’t find any Zyn’s I jumped over to the Rogue 6mg peppermint.. Rogues flavor lasts a lot longer, don’t know if I will switch back? I have yet to try the On or Velo brands..
