No reason for all that, but you ever notice this never happens to a completely innocent person?

Cop logic is flawed, per usual

and this from 2013 about anal and vaginal probing in Texas

Whatever. Half a paragraph in and the bias in the writing is so obvious I quit reading and don't believe a word of it. Hell, the name of the site is ALTERnet. I bet an OT'er wrote the article.

The second link was ABC. Please let me know how an unbiased source would correctly portray anal probing on the side of the road at a routine traffic stop, because officers smelled marijuana. How would it change anything, if it really happened?

I was trying to add to my post that the .02 of MJ is pathetic. I am just doubting parts of her story that some deputy was raring to jump up in her baby maker. My guess is there is some exaggeration happening here.

That first link is worthless though.

If you shite on them while they're doing this, is considered assaulting an officer?

It's about half a gram or about $10 worth. Taking the hardened criminals off the street I see.

The last time this happened (assuming this is true), the highway patrol officer eventually was indicted on two counts of sexual assault and official oppression, and eventually pleaded out on the official oppression and got probation.

The first searched ladies I'm referencing also won $185,000 in civil damages.

Well that explains it.

The Texas Legislature passed a law that roadside anal and vaginal searches required a warrant, but it doesn't take effect until Sept. 1.
LINK

There seems to be a question about whether she consented to the search, though. I seriously doubt anyone would consent to a strip search. There's also talk of a legal difference between a "strip search" and a "body cavity search," i.e. the courts will have to define when vaginal and anus entry begins and ends, and your "crack's" role during searches.

Sounds lurid, huh.
