Oh well that settles it then

I think Hamas done finally fd up too much this time
I agree, but at the same time I am a bit surprised with the restraint Israel is showing. It's been 24 hours and Gaza is still a largely intact parcel of land.

Pretty sure the USA is trying to buy their cooperation.

How does Israel coexist with a people whose stated goal is the genocide of Israelis?
They don't. They eradicate them once and for all.

No need for IDF to rush as the cards are already on the table.
Evidently the US is sending a strike carrier as a show of force from the coast (surely there are more forces en route).
It could be wise to take the time necessary to develop a well-measured counter.
Then there’s the hostages and civilians, these things should be sorted out to an extent as well, lots of moving pieces. Logistics may be Israel’s biggest strength in this conflict.

Thank you for bringing this thread back to some level of informativeness. It’s quickly devolving into a politard thread.

The IDF is doing work. This just started making the rounds:

IDF announces the Navy's Shayetet 13 Unit has taken the Deputy Commander of the Southern Division of the Hamas naval force in Gaza, Muhammad Abu Ghali, hostage.

A Senior U.S. Defense Official has stated that they believe an Israeli Ground Invasion of the Gaza Strip will likely begin sometime in the next 48-72 Hours.
The next couple of days in Gaza will look like the Shock and Awe campaign. They’ll wreck that place before putting a soldier on the ground.
I have a feeling that once Israel enters, they’ll never leave. Gaza’s residents thought they were in a prison before, now they’ll have Israeli military personnel watching their every move like prison guards in addition to be locked into the shithole strip.

Of the 700 Israelis confirmed dead so far following the Hamas invasion, some 260 were young people murdered while participating in a dance party in the desert. Israeli authorities believe Hamas knew about the party and targeted it specifically.
