They got themselves elected to the Spanish Parliament, passed legislation that recognized Palestine and claimed (wrongly) that Israel is committing genocide, thus bestowing asylum status to Palestinian refugees in a country with one of the highest unemployment rates in Europe.

Spain is dealing with a population/birth rate decline... I'm sure they think this will help hold their economy together. The same way Germany tried to welcome Middle-Eastern refugees (that didn't work out... Germany is kind of doomed as this point to simply run out of people in the coming decades).
As far as domestic terrorism... well, Spain already has that with the Basque...
Spain was once part of the Caliphate, though, so that's an interesting dynamic going on...
I guess if they can screen who is Palestinian and who is Hamas, somehow... if not, yeah, I don't know how wise that really is...

Great story of four hostages recovered alive.
Somewhere in America, shortly after October 7, someone likely tore down a photo of one of these hostages as some kind of act of solidarity with the Palestinians.
And this is why Hamas is so tragic for the Palestinians. Israel isn’t slowing down shite when hostages are still recoverable.

What an idiotic decision that would be for Israel.
When you fail to fully destroy one terrorist group, launch a full scale attempt to destroy another group.
You can’t destroy the groups. You can exhaust yourself punching at them though. Hit fast, hit hard, and stop. It is all you can do living in that neighborhood.

You can't destroy them half assing it either.
Kill them all. Every last one and anyone assisting them and anyone you think was assisting them till they beg for peace because till then, you're at war. Act like it.

If tweet fails to load, click here. Israel is quietly taking the stance of eliminating the infrastructure thus forcing these people out of Gaza. It is truly the only way Israel can actually win the war in Gaza and in the West Bank.
In Lebanon it appears as if Israel and the Christians have quietly teamed up to push the Iranians out but that is a much longer war.
