20 years of phonetics in the Middle East and far east put spelling low on the list of useful issues. al and el are interchangeable. The old market is worth a couple days visiting

I don't know if this is a callback to Afreaux or an actual misunderstanding that the Qatar hall overlooks I-10 in NOLA.

First thing I thought of when the OP said Xavier.

Wait, what? Is the Qatar hall the building with the hexagonal roof?

Honestly never associated the name with the country until today. Not sure what I thought it was named after, but didn't associate the country with something in NOLA.

Kinof on the fence if they gave millions after Katrina. Not sure what I think.

Most, if not all, building have that same green metal roofing. Not sure about the individual shapes, but there are no minarets, if that's what your driving at.

The green roofing and tan brick facades on all major buildings gives Xavier a very distinctive look.

I'm very familiar with architecture but I wasn't sure what ft was getting at. Especially with us both picking up on the afreaux connection.

The hexagonal roof building is a chapel.

The Qatar Pavillion is behind the chapel.

Qatar told 3 senior level Hamas politburo figures who were living there to evacuate to Algeria because they could no longer guarantee their safety. Qatar became aware of an Israeli assassination squad that had entered into the country. 3 of Hamas's top officials vacated their offices in Doha and left the country less than 24 hours later with their advisors and drivers. They completely disconnected their phones and are believed to be headed to Algiers.

Israeli special forces recovered the bodies of two hostages today.

Israel on X

Our forces recovered the bodies of Israeli hostages, Eden Zakaria and Staff Sergeant Major Ziv Dado from the Gaza Strip and brought them back to Israel after an operation by the IDF Special Forces.

Eden (27) was taken hostage by Hamas terrorists from the Nova Music Festival and Ziv (36) was taken hostage and fell while serving as a logistics manager in the 51st battalion.
