@IDF
quote:

Yehudit Weiss was a 65-year-old who worked with kindergarten kids.

On October 7, Yehudit was abducted by Hamas from her home in Kibbutz Be’eri. Her husband, Shmulik Weiss, was murdered in their home. Yehudit and Shmulik were parents to 5 children.

IDF soldiers recovered her body from a building adjacent to the Shifa Hospital in Gaza earlier today.

AK-47s, RPGs, and other military equipment were also found where Yehudit's body was located.

The IDF sends its heartfelt condolences to the Weiss family.

Well, george. This good enough for ya?

Not trying to be combative. You’ve actually been chill with your input. Just not sure how else to word it.

If only 1 hostage was found (and deceased unfortunately) along with some munitions, that’s really disappointing. I was hoping they’d be able to rescue several hostages from under that hospital.

Is it still only 4 rescued hostages out of 200+?? So sad…..

Take him and his friends to the recruiters, the Marines are always looking for recruits, even if they need discipline.

Look, there’s no question Hamas was operating out of the hospital in some capacity. Absolutely.

I just want proof of an underground fortress as portrayed by the IDF in my previous post. The IDF really built that up. They built up an elaborate Al Shifa command and control apparatus prior to even invading Gaza.

I’m hoping they find it and, by the way, I think they will. I’m more just playing devil’s advocate because I enjoy the debate.

There's a reason that in the lead ip to the ground invasion most of us kept saying the hostages didn't need to figure in Israel's calculus. It was plain that tragically the vast majority of the hostages were hopeless if not already dead at that point

The IDF says it has recovered the body of Cpl. Noa Marciano, who was taken hostage by Hamas on October 7, and killed in the Gaza Strip. Her body was found in a building near Shifa Hospital, following intelligence information provided by the Shin Bet, and brought to Israel for identification.

I hope they find it as well.

If not, it’s a huge credibility hit to Israel, and to us, because I believe we agreed with them that an underground command center was there.

And the white truck they supposedly found material in is odd. In the middle of a war zone, pristine, not dirty, looks like it was just washed?

Yes, they found some guns and ammo, but to be quite honest I have friends who have more in their personal collection than what’s been found.

I guess everyone has moved past WMDs in Iraq.
What did P.T. Barnum say again? Or didn’t say?

Does it occur to anyone that Hamas, knowing Israel was coming, moved everything out in advance? They had weeks to get ready.

I mean yes but I think israel had enough to go off of to believe the hospital was being used in its current state. It is possible they had things ready to roll out in advance though.

Interactive Map of gaza situation

Looks Like IDF is starting to divide up areas to isolate the hammies.
