the west has all this evidence that these organizations are nothing but the state of Iran's proxies why are they being such pussies and allowing them to get away with terrorism?

Same reason reasoning doesn't work with your psycho ex girlfriend.

All the evidence in the world doesn't work if they are unreasonable illogical couch burning whores.

Guided missile submarine, for us non military types. I truly believe the acronym floating is some kind of flex.

Get out of your feels. If you don’t know ask but most prior military know all the lingo. Would you have rather him say a “Boomer” and I ain’t talking sooner?

No. I suppose just spelling it out upfront would do the trick.

Well that’s abnormal. Anyone have any idea where that bridge may be? I tried to do some digging and there’s a major cable bridge across the Karun River in Iran which does wind down into the Persian Gulf. I have zero knowledge of navigation or navigational capabilities of subs, but this seems unlikely to be the answer and unwise to publicize it just looking at a map, right?

The Sub likely traversed the canal before they published its arrival in CentCom (just like the carrier). The announcement is only used as a deterrent for Iran. Just a “I’ll be your Huckleberry” if you will.

Anyone know how a sub travels the canal? Can't be deep enough to hide, but do they just go through on the surface?

My guess is the Al Salam Bridge over the Suez Canal in Egypt.

The only group that rivals military types with their overuse of acronyms are meteorologists.

It’s because we live a life where we are fluent in pure acronyms on a daily basis. Hell I can usually interpret most new acronyms for people.

I hope everyone knows where these mortars came from. They’re ours, or at least they were before Brandon gave them to the fricking enemy. Nothing quite like dying from our own fricking weapons.

More than likely but they could have been from the Brits also. If I remember from IMPOC we got the 81’s from the British.

Edit: I was right: The M252 81 mm medium weight mortar is a British-designed smooth bore, muzzle-loading, high-angle-of-fire weapon used for long-range indirect fire support to light infantry, air assault, and airborne units across the entire front of a battalion zone of influence. In the U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps, it is normally deployed in the mortar platoon of an infantry battalion.
