So the terrorists had a special order for walkie talkies such that Israel knew they would not end up in the hands of children or other innocents? Trying to understand the logistics here.

The pagers were brand new. They switched to pagers because they were concerned Israel was listening to their phone calls.
Well, Israel apparently listened about the pagers and got in the supply chain. Now that the walkie talkies are blowing up it’s back to the phones so Israel can listen again.
I would be shocked if Israel doesn’t launch an offensive within 48 hours.

Hezbollah, being a terrorist organization, isn't ordering shite for the general public......particularly items that can be used in their terror plots.
