Does this concern anyone? I am reading a book right now titled "the rise of ISIS" and it goes into detail about Hamas & its goal to crush Israel. Does ISIS have enough resources to provide Hamas to help them achieve their goal?

If the combined resources of all of Israel's neighbor's could not destroy Israel over the course of the last 70 years, in spite of numerous attempts, I don't think ISIS does. Israel doesn't play.

Iran is one of ISIS's primary enemies. ISIS is Sunni, Iran is Shiite. All of Iran's proxies (Hezbollah, Houthis, Iraqi government, ect) are all Shiite and are all fighting ISIS.
