Yeah but if she wasn't involved in the shooting, they would immediately clear her so that she returned to normal life and not be on the run. Much easier to track and catch someone that doesn't believe they are being chased.

This is ISIS's MO. Random acts of terror and they claim it is them. Anyone can claim they are ISIS and carry out an attack, and they don't have to have ever met anyone else with ISIS.

I have a really really hard time believing this. If she is a high stack poker hostess, her clientele are a bit different than ISIS type. The high society of Dubai and ISIS, cut from the same cloth... right.
