I don't believe this. I 100% think black people(obviously not every single one of them) as a whole feel like they are one unit. Just an observation, though.

The only thing they have in common besides race is that if they vote, they vote Dem. Who do you think created the concept of white privilege and capitalizes on the plight of the poor?

This community is socially engineered and manifests on paper only

Y'all are definitely more educated than my white family.

I got told this BS by a former coworker. Pissed me off. So in other words, I'm busting my arse for no reason? You mean to tell me that I could just be a lazy frick and get by because I'm white?

If someone makes YOU (I don't mean OP either, but people in general) feel bad because of the skin color you were born with, by no choice of your own, the problem isn't just them. It's you as well because you are feeling guilty over something you have no control of.

It's all about the situation. I could say blacks have privilege when it comes to athletics. If you knew nothing else about 2 men, both over 6 foot tall and 200 lbs and with athletic builds, but one is white and the other is black, who would you think is more athletic? Look at our major sports.

But then again, I guess that thought process makes me racist.

So sick of "White Privilege".

Typical statement a whitewashed coon would make.

If more young black people thought as I did, we would be in a much better position as a race.

But by all means, attack another black person with a racial epithet. No white person has ever called me a coon.

That's not what white privilege means.

Would you trade the way you're treated in your every day life for the way the average black person on your same level, socially or economically? Yes or no.

To the OP, IMO no.

I don't know where the concept of "white privilege" came from. I suspect it's from the same ilk as gave us such constructs as "safe-spaces" and "micro-aggression" and "self-identify." Just another avenue used to attack a conservative worldview.

Yea, I'm not sure why people think privilege equals success.

i agree

and that's why i like this issue described as "black disadvantage" more than "white privilege"

if a group engages in sub-optimal behavior in large numbers, why is it shocking that sub-optimal results occur?

perfect example is "nuclear family privilege". is this really a privilege or is it a disadvantage to engage in this behavior? i mean i get that it's an advantage, but that is not a telling comment because (1) it's how we've existed historically with success and (2) why criticize the more optimal decision making? we should be criticizing the sub-optimal choices

I don't know if I can explain it to you any more without buying a pack of crayons.

Thanks for reading my post history. Maybe you can include it in some of your teachings like that SJW teacher at LSU.

Are my "demons" actually demons if IDGAF about them? Seems like I would have to care for them to bother me. Consult your color by numbers Herbie Fully Loaded book, and let me know.

Back on topic....if white privilege is a thing, then black privilege is much more prevalent of a thing

Maybe. I'd need to know more than just race and status

if i was black, i'd have gotten to go to harvard for free and would tell everyone to kiss my black arse along the way

of course i am part of the most discriminated group in america and did grow up poor around rich kids, so i have experienced discrimination (and survived and excelled)

You're 1 Google search away to dozens of studies to show what I'm saying... that I'm sure most would toss aside anyway.

Lol ban/censor me for telling the truth? I'm sorry you have trouble accepting the things that have been orchestrated against blacks in this country. It must be so hard for you being a white man in America. I'm trying to muster fricks to give, but I think I will just go on living my life lol. Also, I really don't give a frick if I'm banned because it's become apparent that when a black man voices his opinion on discrimination that doesn't fit a white narrative he's being too aggressive or narrow-minded, but the moderators don't give a shite when white people make little snide, subtle racist remarks about blacks on this site.

I can get on board with this but on a worldwide scale, white people are treated much more better than other races.

one big issue is the image of "black culture" or just the POV of large portions of black people in the US

is it really some terrible thing to have a negative, protective response to engaging with a person who has purposefully chosen to appear to be part of the most violent subgroup in the US? note: i'm not talking about ALL black people with this comment; just the ones who purposefully adopt cultural traits of the groups of black people who engage in socially pathological behaviors in large numbers

Not nearly as much as they say. I will admit that I have never been searched after being pulled over and I probably had drugs on me every time I was pulled over in my 20's. But I was taught to always give police the "yes sir, no sir". I've also been cut loose on a couple of potential DUI's.
