Is thousand island dressing trasy?

Had some on my salad for lunch today. Was that trashy? I’ve always considered thousand island to a a lower tier salad dressing.

Only non-trashy dressings are vinaigrettes. Caesar is acceptable if made authentically with anchovies, raw eggs, and unpasteurized Parmesan reggiano.
