At a glance I thought there's no way that's worth 7.5 mil. But scrolling through the pictures now I see it's a fricking village. But if I'm dropping that kind of money it ain't gonna be to live in fricking Zachary, Louisiana.

Very unlikely, there's a gym in the house. The majority of this board is obese

I’m sorry, is this the price for a house in Zachary or for the entire town of Zachary?

I like that style a lot more than most of the big houses posted on here.

Next up on I won the lottery but now I'm broke... I'll have a hard time believing this will sell over $2 mill. The 47 acres of land might help the price some, but not that much. Owner made a dumb decision

We did work on that place. They dropped coin on the main house just a few years ago.

Built in 2015

Originally listed for $8.9M a year & half ago.

I’m going to wait for a while until it gets to $3M-ish and then jump.

Property taxes were only $25k per year.

Somebody is connected.

I will say, it looks very well done and I like their taste, but holy shite...it's going to be difficult to find a buyer for what they have specifically laid out there. Hell maintaining that kind of property alone has to be astronomical. Maybe have it as a bed and breakfast and a business with the ranch and everything else there.

Either a weird bathroom, a sauna, or a 360 degree basketball court.
