Estimated mortgage payment is about $36k/month.

The Pennington's house off Highland started out at 18 million on the market and I believe eventually sold for like 6 million. If that is 6 million, I think the most this house can get is probably 3.5.

friend of mine in Breaux bridge lived in a real old house that had been in his family for well over a hundred years, maybe 150, on some acreage, he collected, about 5-6 "slave houses," guess they really are sharecropper houses, and made a little Cajun "village" behind his house, each house was a B&B and beautifully redone and furnished in old antiques from the time frame, it was really a beautiful set up, before he started the B&B he used to host some awesome parties(particularly New Years,) there, was a pretty neat place
