What's the point of confronting this guy, unless he is showing his piece to a bunch of kids while pissing. Either way, the choke hold was a bit extreme, even though it didn't look like he was applying that much pressure during video. I'm not putting myself in that position for something so dumb.

Exactly. He killed the guy. That's why LEOs have training, they should've handled it.
