Is this becoming common in places that have legalized weed?

Can confirm, marijuana stinks. Cigarette smoke was much more pleasant.

Many larger cities absolutely reek of marijuana smoke at night.

I don’t have any issue with the legalization of weed but that smell is awful.

You think the legalization of weed and the rampant stink are unconnected?

“Laughin' gas these hazmats, fast cats
Linin' 'em up like arse cracks
Play these ponies at the track
It's my chocolate attack”

Weed smells like arse crack hence the G/FG reference

They always asking me to take off my hat, lower my voice, pull up my pants, stop smelling like weed….i aint hurtin nobody!

ETA: After driving a Jeep with top down on many days in BR over the past 10 years, the smell has only gotten stronger on the roads. College Dr you can prob get a buzz if you drive slow from corporate to the Walmarks.

I find it not to be a pleasant smell either. When I was going to concerts in the ‘70s and ‘80’s it was always being smoked during shows. Seems like it had a much more pleasant smell. Almost sweet. Am I remembering wrong?

No my point which might not have been fully articulated is that marijuana legalization in principal was fine with me, but I didn’t appreciate how pervasive that smell would be and how annoying it would make enjoying public spaces in cities to the point of making me wish it wasn’t legal to use outside the home.

There's a difference between using that shite at home to relax or whatever and being a damn stoner wondering around town. Places that have legalized it attract all the potheads with no care in the world.

Same. The smell actually makes me nauseated for a little bit if I'm around it longer than simply passing by. Must be something in the new strains because the old stuff never bothered me like that.
