Not sure. Was the guy videoing dude's house? If so, the homeowner should have been armed when he confronted him and called the police.

You may think I’m filming you but I may well be filming a fricking bird in a tree and if I am doing so in public whatever I see from that public spot does not have the expectation of privacy.

I love the part where the guy with the camera says "I'm on a public road you can't tell me what to do".. Then proceeds to tell the other guy who is also on the same public road "Back up"...
Ole' country's main problem was if you're going to approach someone in a confrontational manner, take you damn hands out of your pockets.
Would love to know why the idiots with the camera needed to start filming that guy, and what exactly happened before the guy turned the camera on, that's usually where the true story lies.
