It is my understanding that you are looking for something more disgusting than ff breakfast. I did notice that most people have answered with some variation of "breakfast is good."
I would hesitantly point out your wife's vag. She has pumped so many kids out of that thing that I am thinking she may be sporting her own variation of "The Batwings". I can only assume this is more disgusting than a Sauasage Mcmuffin w/egg but will accept photo evidence that it is more aesthetically pleasing.

The hot n spicy McChicken biscuit with cheese was my favorite breakfast ever and it was $1.50.
I say WAS b/c Jefferson Parish area McDonalds had them for a few years before all others went to just regular McChicken biscuit. It's delicious but not as good as that spicy.

It's not as cheap as Burger King and not as Fancy as Whataburger breakfast, But McDondalds is by far the best overall value for fast food breakfast, especially for a family.
