Yes. The lower 48 states aren't wheelchair accessible

Jesus. This isn’t 1919. If there is someone who hasn’t....Christ almighty.

My niece and her husband came to visit us in ATL a few years back. He’s born and raised in elberta al. Had never left the state, even to Florida which is like a 20-30 minute drive from his house. An avid river/pond fisherman(like daily) yet had never eaten any salt water fish either despite living on the coast. Mind was blown

I knew of someone in middle school who never left Mobile. He was held back three times too.

Not really a good question in today's world. Years ago, yes.

I worked with a chick that had never left Houston. She was 36, mother of 3. Said she was scared to fly or get on freeways. She never used the interstate either, always took backroads. Weird chick.

Before the railroad came about, most people in their whole lives..never went more than 50 miles from where they were born.

I knew a hard arse convict who I worked with for a couple of summers, he had never left Nola and told me one time him and his buddy wanted to go to BR one night. When they realized the interstate wasn't lit the entire way they turned around!! grown arse man was scared of the dark. You'd be surprised by the amount of poor city folk who haven't traveled more than a few blocks from their neighborhood.

Louisiana has the highest number of people who live in the same state that they were born in.

Idk if that’s a good thing or a bad thing.
