Is there any lower scum of the earth than towing and booting companies?

Walked out to leave my gf's (no pics) place this morning and lo and behold the yellow clamps. The parking spot is a designated residence guest spot with no restrictions. I call the number and the frickface on the end of the line says they won't come until I pay online. I bite the bullet and pay the $75 . 2 hours later, the jackass comes and removes the boots. I asked why I was booted, and his response was "the owner of this property instructed me to." I immediately go to the leasing office and asked the property manager why I was booted... nobody knows what I'm talking about.
Will I have any luck disputing the charge with my bank?

Empire does suck big donkey dick.
It's even more sick when they patrol mostly empty parking lots and hit people when they aren't causing an issue.
I blame real estate companies that employ them. I blame companies that require paid parking without validation. Come to this office. It's $12 to park. It's free in the empty Kroger lot. frick, it's $75 to park Kroger.

I found one that was great in Chatsworth Georgia. Bought a tractor over there and to avoid taxes, it had to be shipped across the state line. The dealer said it was $300 for that. After I hooked up and parted ways from the tow truck, maybe 30 mins pass and the tow company called me to say that it should have only been $100 and wanted to know if he needed to pay the dealer or me. Since I paid the dealer and they paid him, I said to pay me. Gave my info and about a week later, a check shows up for the $200 something extra. No chance that would ever happen in Louisiana.

When was in College i would sit in my car for lunch and watch the tow truck companies literally drive certain areas and tow within like 3 or 4 mins of a person parking in certain spots that required a sticker. On a good day i would warn people with no sticker if i saw they had none but some said i'll be back in 5 mins then when they returned and car was gone i would say told you
