The vehicle description of this wanted individual on other charges is important to look at. Plate scanners are all over the city as well as beat cops running plates manually looking for BOLO’s, open warrants, suspended licenses, non insurance, registration scams, ect ect. I believe BRPD has enough information on this black guy they are pursuing because there’s a connection to the car and the disposal of Millard’s body.

Yes it is. It’s circumstantial evidence of foul play, including cause of death . You need to read up on what “evidence” means.
It’s 100% per se proof of illegal moving/disposal of a body. So why even use the term “foul play” with respect to that. Res ipsa loquitur.

So are you saying the "wife" and Nathan were known to have used drugs? Seems like all the Georgia locals are painting him as a great father figure who must have been drugged and murdered. With his admitted alcohol problem, I find it odd that he chose to hang out at a bar and strip club on his work trip.

Person of interest, Derrick Perkins, now in custody
BATON ROUGE — The man police named a person of interest in the Nathan Millard case is now in custody, sources confirm to Unfiltered with Kiran.
Derrick Perkins, 45, was arrested Monday night, March 13, sources confirm. Baton Rouge Police reached out to the public in helping find Perkins last Friday after they had been searching for him for several days to no avail. Perkins has been booked as a fugitive along with other charges.
Perkins was wanted for questioning in the Millard case. It’s unclear at this time what connection, if any, Perkins has to the case and if he will be charged or not. Those details are critical to the case and if released, could jeopardize the investigation.
UWK has also learned Perkins’ vehicle was found torched close to where Millard’s body was recovered. Sources confirm a cadaver dog was able to lead officers to Perkins’ car, specifically the trunk, despite it being burnt.

I’m sticking with my “ruffied at the Penthouse” theory.
As to why he was there and Happy’s if he was sober? Because he had a client to entertain. The ruffie didn’t kill him, but it kicked off a series of real bad moves.
Or dude just fell off from the jump. This is why you’re supposed to jerk it the moment you arrive at a hotel. It helps to prevent shenanigans.
