Sorry but this isn't the way it works. This is the way it should work more people would try to get help for people ODing if it was. With Louisiana law if you provided the drugs you can be charged and convicted with 2nd degree murder (aka life without parole). There have been cases in the new in BR in the last 5-10 years where this happened. So you are totally rolling the dice with your life depending on whether they want to charge you or not.

Depending on what further evidence shows up, it might be hard to prove guilt and convict him. It looks like that’s the reason so far why he hasn`t been charged with homicide yet.

They listed it as 508 E Washington but Washington was renamed to Lorri Burgess this year. Here's street view.

Renamed a street named after George Washington to a black woman. How original.

Anyone convicted of distributing Fentanyl should face the death penalty.

This would shut down the pipeline from China to the US and Mexico significantly.

That was my first thought, how many TD posters might have mutual friends. I'm not going to lie, I searched to see if he was friends with Gravy

WTF you smokin' baw ?

Ain't nothing gonna stop the drug problems in America; even threats of the death penalty. 100 people get convicted and sentenced to death, 100 more drug dealers are waiting to take their place. History has proven that once a drug is significantly "shut down", street dealers and chemists will create another illegal narcotic to push upon the users.

IMO, the best drug prevention is drug education regardless of someone's age. Addicts and recreational users don't fear OD'ing because they think "it will never happen to me". NM knew exactly what he was doing and paid the ultimate price.

The 80's tried a huge campaign Just Say No with commercials frying eggs in a pan representing your brain on drugs. They milked the Len Bias drafted #1 by Celtics and died off of 1 celebration hit of coke as another fear campaign. But I just don't recall them being successful after New Jack City highlighted crack use, it was all over. Drugs were everywhere and wanted to Beam Me Up Scotty.

Can you imagine staring at that outie umbilical just before choking to death? Looks like a small deformed penis. JHC.

Chris Rock made fun of that in his latest Comedy Special.
In highlighting the size difference between he and Will Smith he said something like
"Will Smith played Mohammed Ali. I played Pookie the crackhead in New Jack City."

shite was funny but that movie really did glorify the crack dealin'

think about what Nathan Millard did on the last night of his life just to get at drugs then re-think your statement.
