Yes. Search for “VisionAire Vantage” we were trying to build a single engine all composite in the early 90s. If the CEO hadn’t blown investor money on sponsoring races and BS we would have made it.

We would have made it and I would have had my first million before 29.

Maybe so. I’d kill for the skills to not only build my own aircraft but to also be able to cruise around in it.

That is a very nice -6A. I just started my build on a -9A. Working on the HS. I love it, I just still can’t rivet for shite. Did you build yours?

I watched a friend of mine build a Kit Fox years back, it made the cover of a few mags, he spent almost a year just organizing and sorting out parts, making jigs, prepping tools, etc., before he even started on the plane
