Is there a bigger waste of time/resources than the women’s World Cup?

Seriously- I don’t think so.
I have seen better athletes and competition at a pick up game between a bunch of construction workers.
Not only do most other countries not give a shite about it but now even members of the NATIONAL team don’t even give a shite about our nation. Isn’t that the whole point?
Save the money and get rid of it

I would say giving welfare and disability payments to people who are capable of working, but yes, the soccer thing is important too.

It's soccer. Of course it is a waste of time. It was invented by European ladies as something to while the men did the cooking.
