Is the O'Neal Walmart the worst in Baton Rouge?

If a poll were to be held today, the Cortana Walmart would likely be voted the worst in Baton Rouge with the College and Burbank locations coming in second and third, respectively.
O'Neal may be a sneaky contender for worst in the city, though. There is always weird shite going down there.

Online pick up is top notch there.
