Stevendale was a white ghetto in the '90s, but I haven't seen that place in ages.

No one really knows if the poor little baby child was black or not. There's a hint given that he grew up to buy a gun, steal a car and tried to run but even that is misleading. No one in Chicago buys a gun.

It shouldn't be, but I'd use another phrase around people I don't know well

"Poor little baby child is born, in the neighborhood"

"In the neighborhoooooood..."
