There used to be a white ghetto off Flannery but I think it's mainly blacks and Mexicans now

Yup. I remember getting mad when our neighbors in Sherwood moved to BRCC and called our neighborhood the ghetto. Mind you this was over 25 years ago and in the nice part of SF.
