As has already been pointed out to you, carrots are probably one of the most commonly eaten vegetables, given their prevalence in vegetable trays, salads, and consideration as a "snack".
So, it goes without saying that comparing carrots to milk makes sense.
Ironically, some of the most commonly eaten vegetables also have the highest sugar content.
I'm all for eating fruits and vegetables. But let's not act like you can eat a metric ton of them and it be healthier than drinking milk.

Vegetables high in sugar include sweet potatoes, beets, onions, green peas, sweet corn, peas, canned pumpkin, winter squash, rutabagas, carrots, and tomatoes. They range from providing 3.5g to 14g (1 to 3.5 teaspoons) of sugar per cup.

Look, I just present the "facts". I don't question them.
Besides, if they aren't a vegetable, why do people plant them in their vegetable gardens?
Hmmm?

Let ice cream soften then scoop it with an Oreo.

They are a low cal fruit

Technically, peppers, cucumbers, squash, etc. are all fruits as well. I mean, they come from seed. Vegetables are the roots, stems, and any other part of the plant that doesn't come from the flower.
Also, I believe there was a court case back in the 1800s that made tomatoes a vegetable for regulatory purposes.

It was just a fun back and forth. I just had to defend tomatoes no matter, the classification. I love them too much.
I just demolished 8 of those little baby ones with some red bell peppers and broccoli and spinach.
Plus a couple stalks of celery

Humans are the only animals that drink milk as adults, and the milk of another animal besides. The calcium found in cow’s milk comes from the plants eaten by the cows, not the milk itself.
You can literally say this about all food. The energy and nutritional value comes from plants.
Your point?
Next you will say quality steaks are a scam?

That's a lot of sugar, baw. Should have just drank a glass of milk...lol
