Is it safe to say anyone not wanting to return to work now, hates their job?

I get it now. Lots of folks hate their day to day job and the thought of returning to reality. However many of us enjoy walking into work, with a nice cup of brew and putting in a days work. Things should have been back to normal yesterday. I think anyone refuting the cause at this point is just upset at the reality of what is their normal

People didn’t want to work before the Coronavirus pandemic ever happened

I’m making a list of those who don’t show enough enthusiasm about returning to work.

They’re the first round of layoffs.

So the ones who keep their heads down and jump right back in to the swing of things will be the first to go? Keep all the social butterflies who stand around a chat excitedly.

Solid strategy

I think it’s safe to say that a bunch of people proved they can do their job from their couch In their underwear

Surprisingly I've had two phone interviews during isolation with a promise of in person interviews come May. I wouldn't go back if I knew I would have a new job by Summer.

I already worked from home but keeping my kid at home has been a real pain. I'm easy to be able to focus on work and do work uninterrupted

Some love thei job , but don't like the people they work with. So working at home is a good fit

Absolutely. Now that we've proven it can be done, I don't see why any job that can be done from home shouldn't be done from home. The old model of bringing dozens or hundreds of people to a building so they can all work on a computer has to be on its way out.

We’re an essential business and actually had massive increases since the shuto. I have 1 employee that’s 23 years old and perfectly healthy take off because he’s scared to be out in public. Said he’ll be come back when this is over. Since we don’t know exactly how long covid19 will be around, I’m starting to think if this is he way of quitting

I'm actually only Assistant to the Message Board Whiner right now, but after I get that DeVry MBA I anticipate becoming much more central to the organization.
