You cannot go lower than absolute zero vacuum.

You find a deal on something that violates the laws of thermodynamics?

If you want to get reaaaally technical, theres no such thing as an absolute vacuum.

Particles come and go in and out of existence everywhere.

Zero bar and/or Zero psi (or PSIA) are absolutes.
Just like zero degrees Kelvin.

Zero pressure means the complete absence of matter which, when moving, can exert a force on a closed container.

Zero temperature means there is no movement at the atomic level that would generate heat.

Both are theoretical minimums, can only approach asymtotically in the real world.

Liquid Helium is used to cool the LHC at Cern. Was just watching it and he said it is colder than empty space. Not sure if he meant in a vacuum or what but I found it interesting. I strongly recommend watching Particle Fever.
