But adultery is very hard to prove unless you basically have video of them fricking or an admission, and it depends on whether the judge gives a flying frick. Most don't.
It's a guideline, not a law. It can impact the proceedings; that doesn't mean that it will.

So why are you on a message board that is mostly centered on another state and trying to speak so definitively about the law, knowing that laws vary from state to state?
you didn't say that you were in LA, I said I couldn't speak for all 50 states, I guess I could ask my wife, who is licensed to practice law in LA but I still believe that I'm correct on this

What of a woman who knowingly sleeps with a married man who has two young children?
Posted on 6/27/14 at 2:44 pm to jeff5891
In almost every situation yes.
But it depends.
For example, if they are going through a divorce

This behavior is expected out of women. They are the lesser sex. It is incumbent upon the husband not to cheat on his wife.

I'd avoid that, too. Unless you want to end up in a court battle.

Right, but a single male has no obligation to preserve someone else's marriage

He has no obligation to another's vows. However, it's poor form and an act of desperation and shows a lack of self respect. So basically, it's acting like a woman.

Well I can't imagine posting on a Auburn message board and not realizing most people would be from Alabama.

You're not, but it doesn't matter whether you believe it or not.

meh, it can be. Certainly not always though.

So if a hot engaged or married chick offered it up you're saying you would turn it down as a single man?

I would. Maybe in my early twenties I would have, but know that I know more about the world and women in general, I would not do it.

and I'm wrong because you believe it's wrong? I'm actually pretty well educated on family law, although I don't currently live in LA, I grew up there, graduated from LSU, as did my wife, so it's probably OK for me to post here, it might be hard for you to grasp, but not everyone that posts here lives in LA, or went to LSU, shocking, I know

No. He didn't sign a contract.

Some of us don't have to pick at the low hanging fruit to get pussy. Apparently most of the OT does.
